Pros: Greek itinerary, whole experience of leaving out of Venice was a dream, rock climbing staff, cruise director staff and shore excursion service were excellent, good port excursions, quality food, smooth sailing ship

Cons: Entertainment was horrible (people actively leaving shows bad) - Newly wed game was the highlight if that tells you anything, First cruise ever where restaurant service was awful (begging for drink refills, long waits for food, unable to get bar service), ship is a bit dated and found things broken or missing (no shampoo dispenser in one cabin), and duplicate & incorrect bar and onboard charges (charged twice for galley tour, drinks from another table on our account).

We anticipated a smaller ship with less amenities and entertainment options. However, we were so disappointed at the quality of the entertainment and the service in the dining rooms. As frequent cruisers it seemed that this was a ship where the least experienced wait staff and weakest performers/shows were assigned. The dining room wait staff were all pleasant, but constantly seemed overwhelmed or unsure of what to do. Some of the general service staff (pool towel attendants and deck staff) also seemed poorly trained and not experienced. Towels were not being Checked-in properly and the most people started verifying their towel balance was zero at every return, causing long lines. Definitely felt like a rookie crew in many areas.
