Extremely friendly service staff brilliant and in the dining room at night they were so friendly, and could not gave done enough for us there was particular lady in the dining room who met us and showed us to our ta le I nicknamed her smiler as she was always happy and smiling, the food was excellent, the ship very clean and staff lovely. We have booked to go with friends in 2021 on magnifica to the Baltic hopefully we can get same rooms, as these were again excellent. Sorry for the continuing use of excellent but that is my true findings. I have read some of the reviews and I am a great believer you get treated how you treat others so if you want a fun and enjoyable time be happy and polite to the staff.
