Overall the food was okay and our waitress was great, but on-board activities were lacking. It was not kid friendly, but they attempted to make up for that with an area that seems attractive to teens. The issue in this was it was so crowded that nothing was available to use. Also volleyball was promised for all ages, but yet they refused to let anyone under 18 play. Our room service was nice, but compared to other shops it was lacking. Our beds were made, but our room never seemed to be vacuumed properly. Also our bed side lamp had a bulb that just kind of dangled inside of it. The one good thing about the ship was all the late night snack possibilities which we loved. I guess it was also nice to have a fake firework show, since we were there for New Year’s Eve and day. Oh yea, also the cruiser director Emma was a ball of fun. Small inconveniences like this just simply outweighed the good ones. Will for sure not be going on this ship again
