If you’re lucky enough or can afford to, you have to experience the luxury and attention that yacht club is onboard MSC Virtuosa, the service and attention from all staff inside the yacht club is beyond amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Reynaldo the pool attendant is amazing, he’s so attentive and all you have to do is move and he’s beside you helping to adjust the lounger, offering drinks, bringing towels and more. Yvanne is also fab, he’s a room steward currently covering as a waiter in the top sail lounge and round the pool and he’s fab, great personality and remembers what we like! And these are just a few to mention.

The staff in the restaurant (Yanna and Triccie) are always great and accommodating to our fussy eaters and regularly make meals not on the menu for them.

I’d highly recommend the yacht club if ever you get the opportunity and has always it has spoiled us for cruising outside it again!
