Sail Date: Aug 2021

our experience (staycation 1st August 2021) as a family of four adults in two un-obstructed balcony rooms - we had previously attended MSC virtuosa (staycation 10th July 2021)

some of the mishaps:

1. first day of freedom dining we asked server politely, John (table 195 - Penisula) if it was possible if we could finish the ordered three course meal by 10.30pm to attend the theatre. we arrived for dinner at 8.00pm at 10.30pm we had still not had the dessert and John retorted "you are all rushing me", the following day day similarly we wanted to vacate the table by 10.30 he said "you all have ordered so many courses its not my fault if you do not finish on time". we are all rather rapid eaters and did not order anything out of the ordinary, however were berated by John in front of all the dining staff.
