First cruise out in 18 months for us. Ok read the other negative reviews and I disagree with most. First off show up at the time YOU selected and you wont have any issue. We arrived at 1:30 our time took 5 minutes and we were on the ship. It was all the royal site to handle covid type cruises, SHOW UP AT THE TIME YOU SLECTED. If you want to be stupid or buck the system then wait outside till your turn. Another review had the high price of drinks. Same price they always were. May I suggest Royal is very generous and allow you to bring 1 or 2 bottles of wine per cabin to consume. Dont like wine learn too is my answer, its healthy and will save you some dough. The ship was spotless with people cleaning 24/7. They could have not done a better job anywhere on the ship. Reading the other reviews no one wants to mention if they were vaccinated or not. We are, my suggestion is don't go if your not. The ship or the Bahamas dont want you!!!!!!. Your choice but don't be surprised when you cant go to Nassau unless you have a covid card. Same with the ship, you get a wrist bracelet if you are shot up. No shots only 2 bars you can go, expensive tests, restricted shows and seating and blah blah.

Short answer get the shot or don't go. To the person complaining about the food, It was fine and the service better than ever. Its a no touch environment so all beverages are served at the table......its really nice that way hope it stays. For the complaints about food dump your backwards baseball hat in the trash, put on a shirt and go to the dining room, its free and the service was great. The ship was running at 50% for covid staff was everywhere for every need. The windjammer is now closed for dinner, other places available besides buying up to specialty restaurants. This was my 50th cruise and I am Diamond Plus cruiser with Royal which didn't matter on this review. I got no special treatment a regular balcony room and I didn't receive any special deal to write this review. In Nassau you must present a covid shot card to eat in a Bahamian food stop. That's fine, they cant handle a plague, I get it. As far as the mask issue on the ship no big deal, Put it on in the hallway and elevator, Take it off virtually everywhere else. No issue in my mind.

Summary go if you go the shots, stay home if you didnt. Read the rules and you will love it. One of my best cruises ever.
