Chef was new onboard and not up to par with our previous experience with American Cruiselines. The wait staff worked double hard being short staffed. The Assistant Guest Services person, Andy, went above and beyond to take care of the passengers. The Cruise Director Tiara and Excursion Director Kinzie weren't as helpful as we've had in the past. Meagan with Guest Services was excellent - the most helpful of everyone besides Andy. I realize this Covid-19 has caused many issues but this trip was somewhat of a let down after having it postponed from 2020. We've asked before but never seen anything suggested - if a trip covers a Sunday it would be very nice to offer a worship service, or at least a prayer group. We did receive an upgrade of our room and that was very much appreciated. Alaska is beautiful and the Captain did an outstanding job stopping and circling when wildlife was spotted.

Cabin Review
