Having read the 2 negative reviews of Golden Horizon, I feel that it is important to submit a positive review as the cruise was simply fantastic. This was the inaugural cruise for Golden Horizon with paying passengers, and they did themselves proud.

Embarkation - all completed within about 20 minutes of arriving (after the covid test on the dock). Met on board by very friendly staff who took us to the reception desk where we were photographed, issued with our cruise cards, then taken to our cabin.

Cabin - we were impressed by the cleanliness and appearance of the cabin, found plenty of storage space, kettle with tea and coffee, bottled water, and high quality toiletries in a shiny bathroom. Our steward (Jimbo) met us and assured us that he would provide anything we needed. Read more
