This is our first cruise since 2019 and so thrilled to be back. On this Horizon cruise, it was just my husband and I. We are Platinum so we have been on a decent amount of cruises. Check-in was easy. We had all our paperwork (passport, printed boarding pass, vaccination card, and negative COVID test results) so it took us less than a half-hour to board the Horizon. The Lyft driver dropped us off at 11:10 and we were stepping onto deck 3 by 11:33. Very impressed with that process.

**There were only about 2400 cruisers which is much less than pre-covid times.

Staff- Truly incredible and thrilled to be back. We did not attend any shows so I can't comment on that aspect of the cruise. Will be writing a letter to the corporate office about some exceptional staff members.
