This is my 5th cruise and my 3rd with Princess. This last trip we were on the Majestic Princess. It was nice not having so many people on the ship. I can't give feedback on the shows or night life but I can give feedback on the food.

We ate at our designated 5 pm dining room (4 star). The food was good but we wanted to eat more food. One night we dined at Crown Grill (5 star). One morning we went to our dining room (4 star). They don't serve enough food for my taste. The buffet was good (4.5 stars). You have a variety to choose from and you can go back as often as you want. We had Alfredo’s pizza twice for lunch (4.5 - 5 stars). I loved the margarita pizza. They have Slice on the upper deck of other ships. This one has a noodle bar in its place. That didn’t seem as popular as slice was. They won’t let you order a pizza to go. You have to eat there or do room service. We ate at the burger/lobster place on the upper deck (4 star). I had a chili dog (4.5 star) and chicken taco (3.5 star). The ice cream bar on the top deck had delicious chocolate ice cream (4.5 stars). The chocolate isn’t your usual chocolate soft serve. It is more of a fudgy flavored soft serve. Yum.

On deck there were movies playing from afternoon and in evening. I think they had music videos during the day. Your room TV had several TV series to binge watch or movies, documentaries and more. Majestic has the typical shops. I gave the variety shop with snacks, souvenirs, shirts, cups, jackets, and more a 3.5 - 4 stars because the shop was so small. The ship is beautiful and the sky walkway is great. I like the layout of the older ships like Emerald and Grand much better. There are more outside deck walkways. Majestic does have a basketball court and more. I didn’t hit the gym so I can’t give feedback on that. I did notice there were a bunch of people in the hot tubs watching movies. Read more
