This cruise was an amazing first time experience. The ship is beautiful and there’s fun shows, good self-serve entertainment and a lot of food options.

The staff are super friendly and it’s nice to feel like everyone *wants* to be working here! Everyone has a smile and is super welcoming. Zoltan was great, as was Mauricio!

I’d say that Virgin needs to specify their target audience, especially in age, and work on that. There’s the atmosphere that it’s for younger people, but also has older people on the ship as it’s a cruise, which primarily is for an older audience.

Cabin Review

The room was cool. We loved the hammock and the iPad you use to control the lighting/temp/tv. It would’ve been good to have a speaker or something or some music channels on the tv. There was a great selection of films though!

It would be good to have more plug sockets in the room - there’s USB ports but only 1 plug socket.

There’s no vanity kits in the bathrooms - no soap/shower cap etc
