This Cruise was truly great times from start to finish. Upon arriving at the pier without Medallion pre check-in, we were on the ship within 15 minutes. Of course I'm Platinum so we were on board just after the elites but it was really an almost no wait experience. Upon embarkation we were warmly greeted by the staff as usual and quickly proceeded to explore the ship. It's the typical princess lots of gold and shiny stuff all around.

As normal with Princess, it's a little more elegant and subdued rather than fun but that's okay. Every night I enjoyed the Platinum Elite reception at the Hollywood conservatory at 4:30 then getting a glass of wine at vines before dinner. We ate dinner in the main dining room four times and each time it was very good. We also tried the specialty dining Harmony oh, the Chinese restaurant, the French restaurant, and the winemaker's dinner. The winemaker's dinner was my favorite, only $40 including sampling of four different wines.

We also had the beverage package which included unlimited non-alcoholic drinks like sodas, sparkling water, bottled water, and Specialty coffees and a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per person per day.

Cabin Review

Balcony

We were in an obstructed balcony cabin e433 but there was virtually no obstruction. It was in extremely close proximity to the midship elevators. Shockingly the price was the same as an interior so I grabbed it and it was fantastic.
