Our trip can be described as "Ups and Downs". Great boat, beautiful decor, different bars. Super clean, absolutely amazing, thank you to all cleaning staff, what a great job their doing. Our highlights were the Infinity pools, whirlpool spas all around the ship, silent disco, the gym, the Glass house and La Voix (the best performer). Unfortunately, the cruise was not organised very well. On arrival we were queuing for 1 hour in a cold wind outside. We understand there are covid tests to be done, but everyone’s arrival time should have been staggered to avoid this, and if there was staggering, then it should have been marshalled better as it was just one disorganised queue.

One on board and cruising it was difficult to find free sun lounge, as towels were thrown on it to indicate it was taken. but some people even didn't bother to come back at all. Buffet section choices were very good however you need to wait for ages to be served, staff were not present at their section.

The restaurant based free dining wasn't not working at all. The app was a complete disaster – the only time you could book was 6 p.m. – this isn’t free dining! Then you had to join a virtual queue – again with no freedom as to when to dine, and finally when the virtual queue system could not cope you had to use a pager – sometimes waiting 60 mins or more for a table – shocking! At 6pm you could book a table but after you need to watch virtual queue all the time as after 7pm there was no chance to eat. One evening we start to queue at 7pm and actually seat down to eat at 8.20pm. Another evening we ask for a pager but still you can’t relax as you waiting for call any minute, only had we found a seat in the club then we were rushed back to our chosen restaurant as you only have 15 minutes to enter the restaurant.
