First the positives. Friendly, helpful staff. Great entertainment, especially Craig stewart in Brodie’s. A lovely boat as you would expect fro a brand new boat. Food delicious in all areas. Our favour as Sindhu, excellent value.
Negatives. Very small cabins only 14 inches between Wardrobe and bed. Restaurant booking. THere is no freedom dining it Is all booked using the The P and O app, if it works, which for many people it didn’t. If you didn’t manage to book you could wait an hour for a table meaning you miss the shows. P and O need to make up their mind if it is to be entirely bookable or freedom, first come first served.
Drinks. I know p and O want to push their own brand but that should’t mean no choice. In the past we have always been up to the crows nest for a pre dinner cocktail. But that is now difficult as you don’t know when you will be called for dinner. None of the bars do the classic cocktails they all do cocktails with a ‘spin’. Their martini was like drinking sea water. No where on the ship could you get a classic cocktail. With one exception 710 bar sells a perfect Negroni but only if you are luck enough to get in to see the show. The price has also rises over £8 and not £6.50 as 2019.
Very small. Not much hanging space. No shower caps, body lotion or turn down service.
