I liked that it was a fairly new ship and it was going to Alaska. It was booked at only 60% passenger capacity, but within 3 hours of embarkation all the theatre shows were reserved. Then, all the theatre shows were cancelled, replaced by comediennes who weren’t prepared to do all those added sets. The bands were good, karaoke was available, but the room was a tiny barroom with 50 people.

Food was mediocre even in the specialty restaurants. . And what’s with that thing they call a hamburger?

No room steward for 2 days! No trash cans emptied, beds made, vacuuming, fresh towels, etc . And forget getting coffee for the cabin. Or the water you ordered. And the racket!!! I could hear my neighbors flush, turn in the shower, TV and door banging.

Cabin Review

The cabin was beautifully designed. But, there was hair from the prior guests on the throw pillows and carpet. We were without a room steward for 2 days, when we wrote a note to the GM, head of housekeeping showed up at my room at 9 in the morning on day 5 wanting to know why I wrote a note to the hotel manager. Sorry, no towels or room being straitened for 2 days gets a note to the manager.
