A perfect 6 days aboard the beautiful Odyssey of the Seas, we could have not asked for more except a back to back voyage on the next sailing! Embarkation was a breeze, please make sure you have your names exactly as they appear on your passport. We traveled with a guest who had a space in between parts of his last name and it needed to be corrected which was handled quickly, yet delayed us a little boarding the ship. You want to get onboard asap right! We felt 100% confident with the many health protocols in place. The ship was immaculate and constantly being cleaned, we never saw dirty dishes sitting in casual dining areas or paper towels on the floor in the public rest rooms. We loved the new Caribbean themed pool deck, lovely interactive art features throughout the vessel and soft plush carpeting. The lovely Main Dining Room accommodated our special request to have Indian dishes off the menu, Godfrey, Inyoman, Ryan are the best dining team we have had. Service throughout the ship was excellent as was the entertainment, Show Girl was awesome and would loved to have seen it again. Windjammer, Chops Grille, El Loco Fresh, Giovanni's service superb and food all excellent. Complimentary North Star flights should be booked as well as entertainment shortly upon boarding. As beautiful as the ship is, its the crew that really made our week the very best it can be. Do not hesitate sailing on this ship because of Covid, Royal has went above and beyond what any land based venue is doing, without any inconvenience to guests.
