Service: 100% Virgin quality service. All crew members are a delight! They always greet with a smile and go above and beyond to serve. Cheers to the bartender Edgar stationed at "On The Rocks" for always making us feel welcome and going the extra mile.

Food: 5 Stars! Everything we ate was delicious! Great seafood at The Dock House and Gumbae, unbelievable Mexican food at Pink Agave, best desserts ever at The Wake and The Galley. Best tasting ice cream at Lick me Till...Ice Cream, where I even got a scoop from Richard Branson himself!

Cabins: Talk about high tech cabin! The cabin is not only tastefully decorated, but all functions like light, curtains, AC and TV can be controlled from the tablet that is included in all cabins. Light and curtains automatically adjust depending on the time of day. It felt great to walk in and having the curtain automatically be drawn, it was like the cabin was telling me "Welcome home" :).
