Food
Unless you purchase a beverage plan, complimentary drink options are water or hot tea, and juices at a few places. Unless you're going to have 2-3 cocktails (around $10-17 each) a day, the beverage plan is a waste of money. The soda only (no booze) plan is around $9/day. Instead, bring a dozen sodas on board with you. When you're in Ketchikan, go to the drugstore (very close to the dock) and buy another 12pk of sodas. With the beverage plan, you have to carry your cup around on the ship. Instead, just carry your own soda with you when you're on the ship. Makes more sense than $9/day for sodas.
Room service food is terrible. Continental bkfst - pastries and donut stale. Regular bkfst - bacon good, has browns terrible, pancakes flavorless. Not worth the fee.
Balcony cabin was small - barely room to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall.
TINY bathroom.
Limited outlets.
Cabin was barely big enough to get an electric scooter through the door.
Not too bad for 1 person; definitely a tight squeeze for 2 people. The flip out sofa/bed is hard as a rock, yet they market this as an available bed.
