Sail Date: Sep 2021

This was our 13th cruise with Princess and the first after a 21 month hiatus. This was not our first trip to Alaska but wanted to ease back into cruising with a 7 day sailing. We were not disappointed!

Embarkation was simple and uneventful. We had followed all the suggestions and had everything at hand including our Medallions. Although there was a relatively long line when we entered the terminal, from arrival at the port to walking on the ship was less than 30 minutes. Disembarkation was just as simple and we were on our way to the airport within 30 minutes of starting the process.

The decision to leave Seattle late (early Monday morning) was not an issue. We just had to get up early to see the sail away from our balcony! The sunrise was beautiful and we got some beautiful pics of the Seattle skyline alight with a variety of colors!
