We didn’t want to get off the Grand Princess ship after completing a five day trip to Cabo! We had enjoyed ourselves so much with staff we didn’t want to go home so quickly! The Facet Salesmen were so fun to talk with and they gave us the best deals! Harry the Manager, genuinely cares about your shopping deals are good for you. None of them are pushy, they suggest items similar to compare to make sure you are sure happy with the pieces of diamonds you like! Frank is wonderful, less vivacious but listens and helps with selections and sought to make the best possible prices! Then you must meet Albert the Shopping advisor for he is so supportive and helpful with everyone on board. Manny, the Jewelry expert, can tell you the history of the marquis shaped diamonds and much more! They made us feel so welcomed we wanted to check in with them daily! Then we had wonderful service in the Club Class dining room with Yalcin the Restaurant Manager and all of his team! First Go meet Jennifer the hostess, she greeted us with a smile every meal and showed us our table for two. Salvio and Salim were amazing servers for us every meal! They all deserve 10’s! The food was delicious with plenty of options, we can’t wait to go again. We love the Grand Princess because of its size, not too big but very welcoming staff all over the ship! Gwen the Casino Hostess was very nice and always called us by our first names. Marco the dealer was fun to play three card poker with and paid off winners in BINGO. He was one to look for when you cruise the Grand Princess! Jorge waiter in Sabatini’s was a fun server who kept us laughing all thru dinner! We highly recommend booking a cruise
Very roomy mini suite well worth the upgrade! It also allows you to dine In Club Class on sixth floor. The bed was the best most comfortable bed a great improvement from pre-COVID
