My husband and I chose this cruise as a quick weekend getaway with another couple who had never cruised before. It was also the first time we have ever cruised without our children. Our last time cruising pre-COVID was a sailing on Anthem in August 2019, plus it was my 40th birthday, so we splurged on an Owner's Suite, Unlimited Dining & Deluxe Beverage packages, and a Floating Cabana at Coco Cay!

Our group of 4 arrived in Miami Thursday evening and quickly got a ride share from the airport to the Gale hotel in South Beach to spend the night prior to embarking (it was fabulous!) After breakfast Friday morning, we got another efficient ride share to the cruise terminal, checked our bags, and proceeded to the suites queue right on time. Our negative COVID tests, vaccination cards, & passports were examined and within a few minutes, we were ushered to an elevator to the terminal's suites waiting area. There, we presented our documents one more time before they waved us on to board the ship. Very quick and easy!

Once on board, passengers are told to visit their muster station then proceed to the Windjammer, so we popped by the muster station then proceeded to Bolero's for a few drinks ; ) Next, we secured our dining reservations at Chop's, Giovanni's, & Izumi for each of our nights on board. By then, our rooms were ready and we headed up to deck 10 to check everything out. Fabulous space - I highly recommend an Owner's Suite if you are looking for some extra space and luxury!

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Owners Suite on Deck 10 - Perfect suite for two people who want a little extra space! Tons and tons of storage (totally overboard for a 3 day cruise), spacious balcony with lounge chairs and table, very nice bathroom! Huge room with so much light and so much space to spread out, even though we didn't spend a ton of waking time inside the room (we were usually on the balcony or asleep if we weren't out catching thrills!) The included robes and toiletries were very nice, too! I don't think the sleeper sofa looked too comfy though, so I'm not sure if I'd recommend this suite for more than two guests, despite the ample storage and space. My only other complaints would be the lack of power outlets (definitely bring a USB dock or two) and the drawers in the vanity that kept sliding out and could be a tripping hazard. Cabin attendant was impeccable!
