first off,i'm not a "cruiser" but can't resist an itinerary which takes you to places you might not otherwise go to and thomsons do some cracking itineraries with the minimum of seadays.they also provide a complete package; flights, transfers, gratuities and all-inclusive so that you know what you're letting yourself in for cost wise and can relax. the price? well, they use older ships with amenities which look very basic compared to the new boys.

flight to/from uk; with thomsons, seat space adequate, meals and drinks payable,sharm-el-sheik airport (not aqaba, but no option in the tick box!) ok coming in but awful coming out.suspect delays are standard.note; you can take a bottle of water thru' security and it's a rip-off the other side.

thomson celebration; oldish and small compared to many cruiselines, cinema, show lounge, disco lounge, casino, cinema, spa facilities and gym, bars,a couple of shops and plunge pools.you will feel vibration in certain parts of the ship.
