My husband and I decided to go away for Christmas,our travel agent recommended this ship,as she had just had a good holiday on it,we decided to make it for two weeks over the new year as well.From stepping on the ship I was emmediately impressed,not only by the fabulous Xmas decorations,but the friendliness of staff,it was plain sailing to our cabin on the 9th floor,with a lovely welcome from Reginald our cabin steward,who always acted straight away on any queries we had,even getting us a blanket as my husband felt a bit cool at night,to his wonderful swans and elephants made out of towels,our cases were delivered to our cabin within minutes,it was a large balcony cabin,which was lovely,with every thing we needed,although the bathroom was a bit small,we always had good power and hot water in the shower.

The whole ship was spotlessly clean,and all the food stations on the ship were amazing,we mainly ate in the lovely dining room for breakfast and dinner,although we did have two meals in the speciality restaurants on the ship,my husband had one of the best steaks he’s had,and the Asian restaurant were so helpful in providing me with a not too spicy meal.

shore excursions and curtesy buses in to port,we’re all very professional,with the Tui staff being over and above helpful. Read more
