Being a regular cruiser (Royal, Princess, Carnival); I was very disappointed with my first experience on NCL and the quality of their service.
We were part of a large group of family friends that traveled to Barcelona for a week filled with fun and happiness. However, we were met with rude management and poor quality service that ruined our trip and left us upset.
My first impression of NCL's Jade was that on every aspect of the ship they are trying to make more money. Apparently our ticket fee was not enough, they managed to charge for everything from the food, to use of many public rooms on the ship, to even playing a game of billiards.
