This was my first cruise in over 2 years and I was nearly bouncing off the walls awaiting to get on the ship.

Embarkation - Smooth at checking. We had 2 cabins (5 cruisers) and had a bit of an issue trying to get 2 cruisers moved to alternate rooms. The person checking us in was a little cryptic in her explanation, but once we spoke to the people at the pursers desk, this was straightened out. One helpful point for RCI @ Port Canaveral, the staging of the pictures is a wee bit confusing, but heck, I was on vacation so who really cares. Took 38 mins to go from outside to stepping foot on the ship.

Stateroom and attendant - Staterooms were clean. The beds were not configured properly, but I think this was due to our travel agent. This was corrected within an hour of us being on the ship. Our attendant was the BEST. As with every cruise I take, the Room Attendant is always the person that puts the icing on the cake when it comes to customer service @ RCI. Thank you Marvin.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Room was in a good spot Hear no noise to speak of. View from balcony was good and the starboard side was port side at each port which is always a bonus.
