Please do not go on this cruise ship. Lets be fair and say that the service is decent, not amazing, but acceptable. The food is way below average and the rooms and the cruise are run down. I have taken other cruises but nothing like this one. Although they call it a "family" cruise I guess they forgot to mention it was a very cheap motel type family vacation cruise. The rooms are run down, the curtains are stained, the walls have all sources of stains and the bathroom features are all chipped and old. The hallway is pink! hello - its 2011- and the onboard entertainment is average to say the least. Im sure they try to make it look good, but honestly if there was another option, simply we would have never go. Tips- its like they have a quota to make every day. We were bombarded all over the place by everyone by a asking for "additional" tips as they add the tips on everything. We even went on a pilates class and were charged for a tip -yep!- a tip for a pilates class and the instructor even asked for a second "additional" tip which I refused to give. Neither less to say we never took another class. Please do yourself a favor, simply find another cruise ship company. We had an issue with the reservation as we had booked a Celebrity cruise and we were moved to RC and even the supervisor on the phone was really rude. Latter on we talked to someone nicer but still she had no idea of what this cruise ship was like. The one thing that's good, its the cruise director. The woman is incredible and its always happy. I have no idea of how she does it, but its good. The last day the crew the staff looked bored, upset and ready to head out... latter on we realized that for most of them was the end of their contract. Quite frankly, its none of our business, we were there for a vacation. Simply find another cruise company and DO read this reviews

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Old fashion, looked like a cheap motel. The curtains were stained, the walls dirty and pieces of the wall coming out, the fixtures in the bathroom are old and rusty.
