Traveled with children

We had the package of 3 days at Disney World and 4 days at sea. Disney does a great job of organizing - transportation, luggage, etc. The ships cabins were very good. The split bathroom concept is super. The programs for the kids were abundant. A pager system to keep in contact with parents is effective.

The dining experience could have been better. The menu was limited and the food was very average. We had the late seating (8:30) as we could not get the early one, and we did not usually get our main course until about 9:15. Having two grandchildren 8 & 10 years old -- not a good time for dinner. Kids at nearby tables are laying their heads on the table sleeping by the end of the meal. Disney should be able to move the seatings earlier to accommodate the children better. The real positive was the OUTSTANDING server & assistant server (Levi & Heather). They entertained the kids with quizzes and tricks nightly making it easy to convince the children to go to dinner that late. The buffet was better than most, but had very limited hours.(My daughter and her husband had a great meal at the PALO Restaurant).

The excursion in Nassau that included The Atlantis Paradise Island and the aquarium was super, and the casino was $$ too. Unfortunately the weather was so bad that Castaway Cay was baaad!
