We were on a 4 night sailing Adelaide-Pt Lincoln-Kangaroo Island-Adelaide in Feb 2024. Deck 10 balcony cabin. Cabin was dated. Loose tap in bathroom sink and one of the bedside lights non operational (although did turn itself on at 3am one morning). Food quality was good with the Dragon Lady and Angelo's restaurant excelling. Selection of different foods in The Pantry on Deck 14 but the ...

Nice small cruise but lots of issues

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Grand Princess

Seems like Princess are skimping on staff. Distinct lack of drinks waiters. Having to wait up to 20 minutes for a waiter to come by. Cost of drinks very expensive. Basic glass of wine $15.one would think that it would pay to have extra staff as this is where a lot of money is made. Food was great. Entertainment excellent. We only took x1 Princess excursion as they were ridiculously expensive, a ...

We were travelling with friends from a previous cruise. There The ship is dated. The external appearance is worn. The interior fittings in looked dark and out of style but The cabin decks carpets looked worn. The ship layout was confusing having travel up and down decks to reach the rear restaurant. ,,, The medallion app was great and easy to use, streamlining drink orders etc. ...

We were looking forward to the Fremantle-Fremantle Kimberley Adventure Cruise and so decided to add this leg to our trip and no regrets! Albany & Busselton were wonderful. Unfortunately we didn’t get past Exmouth in the filling leg of the trip as the ship was diverted out to sea due to cyclone Isla and there went our Kimberley cruise. We stayed in two different rooms during this trip. Room 10154 ...

Upper Management need to treat their customers better

Review for a Australia & New Zealand Cruise on Pacific Explorer

We chose this cruise due to the itinerary plus as it left from Adelaide it saved the hassle of travelling interstate. It was a 14 night cruise to New Zealand. Be very cautious with P&O pricing - our cabin ranged from a price of $1400pp down to as low as $550 on discount and we paid $1100pp on a special fare but it did not come with a price match. Even if you book early then you dont seem to get ...

chose this line to compare to azamara. found the cabin to be bigger and comfortable but no international plugs for our electronics. service and cleanliness at a very high standard. the ship itself was very elegant and graceful. only did a couple of shows and they were entertaining. the guest speakers were forgettable. the food. the standard food was very good sometimes too ...

Disappointed with Cunard QE

Being Cunard we expected something better that Holland, Princess and Royal Caribbean but we were disappointed. We booked some months in advance and requested the early dining @ 6pm but found we had been allocated 8:30pm. No good for me with gastric reflux issues. We saw the Maitre D' who was disinterested but put us on a waitlist of 2 pages of other people. This meant we ate in the Lido Buffet for ...

Wouldn’t choose Queens Grill Again

Last year we really enjoyed a 14 night Baltic cruise on Queen Elizabeth in a Princess Grill room. Decided to try the Queens Grill on this short cruise and regretted the decision to move up from the Princess Grill. The Queens Grill room was larger but didn’t provide a significant upgrade over the Princess Grill. The Queens and Princess restaurants have the same menu and waiting staff rotate through ...

The Cruise was a Short Break for the Family - the Shops where too Up Market - maybe if I had a high end Credit Card - no where to buy Souvenirs or gifts - the Kids Club lacked proper staff - I'm comparing it to Celebrity Solace - nearly every time my wife picked our child from the kids club - they asked if she was my child's mother - needed more shows for children - the Movies you had to pay ...
