Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on Marina

The ship docked in Bassens instead of Bordeaux. It was a most unwelcoming scrap heap. There were insufficient busses into Bordeaux and long queues. We also had to leave a day earlier than planned because of bad weather and missed our wine tour which we were so looking forward to. ...

We wanted to tour the wine châteauxs & had not been to this part of France. If you stay in the center of town, it is very easy to walk everywhere. There are lot’s of restaurants, cafes, & shops along with historic areas & museums. It is on the La Garonne River & has a beautiful long river walk. The trolley is easy to ride. ...
