Let me just say that I have been on more than 30 cruises and 10 cruise lines and this was by far the worst boat and cruise company I’ve ever gone with. Firstly, I walk into the room and I immediately got sick. I will preface this by saying that the boat is older (found out after booking) and I have mold allergies. I walked right to the bathroom and noticed that the shower floor was covered in ...
In my new Cruise I decided to try MSC and we wanted to have at least one stop in Cuba. The desapointment started when I bought the Ticket. A mispelling in my email and it was impossible for me to change anything in my reservation.
Arriving in the cruise the check in, the informations are poor. The only thing the want is to sell you the drink package. The security instructions failed because ...
Absolutly DO NOT GO to MSC Armonia or MSC cruises. The ship is very old, needs to be refurbished at all or get retired. When we sailed the sea was quite calmed but the ship moved a lot, some people even got move-sick. We’ve sailed in many other cruises of other companies before and I can asure you that we didn’t feel the movement. The entertainig activities and the shows were poor, except the ...
We chose the itinerary because it leaves from Cozumel, where we reside.
The ship is operated by italians but we only had contact with three older gentlemen who supervise the dining service as well as possible. Many of the service crew and front desk comes from Lithuania and other East European countries and their English is poor. The ship’s security personnel which controls the access are ...
i love cruises and have tried RC and Celebrity. I certainly had high standards but this cruise made me not want to ever go on a cruise. Service was among the worst things: always rude and with no service or hospitality spirit. I even argued with the people at front desk because they were REALLY rude.
Next, food was truly disapointing, flavorless and always the same...no creativity.
All ...
I traveled with a good friend of mine on Carnival Liberty for their October 27th - October 31st Cruise to Cozumel. This was my third cruise with Carnival, and my friend's first cruise with Carnival. I had a good experience with my previous cruises so didn't expect the numerous problems we faced on this one. It made me feel embarrassed to have recommended we take this cruise-line for our ...
Definitely get what you pay for. The cruise ship is outdated and randomly smells like sewer. I stayed in an interior room on the Empress deck and it was just grungy (Hair on our bedding, urine still in the toilet). We booked this cruise last minute because the price was so low and after the trip, I see why. The food was good, but the service in the main dining room was not up to par with the ...
I don't even know where to start, but ill start with the food, which was horrible in the Windjammer. It was pretty repeated food each day. The main dining room food was ok. The Chops Grill was pretty good. There is nothing to do on the ship most days. Most of us were bored out of our minds. There was an extreme much older crowd on this ship as well. If you are 55 and under, chances are you will ...
I just returned home from a 7 day cruise on the Epic. My boyfriend and I were on vacation for 12 days, and the first 2 days and last 2 days of our vacation, not on the ship, were the best!
It started off with our muster station being the Chinese restaurant, shoved in with a bunch of people, 5 minutes security presentation, and done....walking back to our cabin. We have cruised other cruise lines, ...
This review will be short and to the point(s).
Food: If you enjoy Steak and Shake, you will be safe on this ship in the Main dining rooms. For buffet and the rest of the locations, just be happy you get full. The quality of the food on the ship is mediocre. My favorite place to eat was the Mongolian Wok out on the Lido deck. I didn’t try out room service though.
Entertainment: I never have seen ...
