Least favourite of Princess ships. Food is of poorer quality even though the dinner menu is the same on all Princess ships. ventilation system is extremely poor. Did they forget about COVID on this ship. Had many issues on ship but these were addressed quickly ie. shower didn’t work, food was cold in dining room and dirty balcony with broken glass. 1. Embarkation was an issue because we were not told to tell driver Terminal 25.

Booked the Concierge level for this cruise, and would not recommend. First 2 days had no service until we went to Guest Relations to complain. Kept waiting for steward to show up. Service was sub-par compared to other cruise lines. Reservations are required for dining room & impossible to get. Waiting in line for meals is the norm.
