We took a cruise with Costa Firenze in July 2023 from Kiel to North Europa (Denmark & Norway). It was our first cruise with Costa and we were a little bit sceptical as our last cruise with a italien cruise company (MSC) was a huge disappointment.
Embarkation in Kiel was really smooth, friendly stuff and everything great organized. Within 20 mins we were on Board. On Board we were welcomed by a ...
This cruise was the result of three previously booked cruises cancelled coming together as one dur to Covid.
We cruise as a group of 4 over three bookings. All the staff were friendly, and many quickly learnt what our preferences were. Had a great time in the sports complex playing the games. A few too many of the arcade games were broken which was a shame. Bowling at sea is always fun!

This was our second visit on this brand new ship, went on the maiden 4 day cruise, then two weeks later a seven day cruise
Although their were only 1000 on board, we met some lovely people, very strange with so few, but allowed us to see all areas of ship easily and what a beauty she is.
Thank you MSC for keeping us so safe, what an amazing time we had, a wonderful trip to Liverpool and ...
We got to Treviso Cruise Terminal with economy private transfer directly from Piazzale Roma in Venice where we spent one week with our friends. After arriving in Terminal we had a bad experience with very long burocracy and had to wait about 4 hours before enter in the cabins. This MSC ship is one of the best and have incredible internal design. Our trip in Mediteranian was full of advantures, the ...
Right now, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic there isn't much of a choice. I live in Dusseldorf, Germany. Started cruising in 2013 and just celebrating my 50th cruise. The well-known cruise line AIDA failed due to lack of permission of its registry country Italy and Corona positive crew members. It seemed that TUI Cruises was doing better.
The planned itinerary - from Hamburg (Mein Schiff ...
Before I start with my review, I would like to take a moment to rebuke all the paid trolls who have been mercilessly shaming MSC for their poor hospitality! Please find another brand to shame! Because in reality, the MSC experience was flawless!!! Also, for those looking to read my review, please beware - this is going to be a very long review - so grab a cup of coffee if you please!

Everything was excellent. The crew was very kind and helpful. The ship was very clean. The prices were normal. The only bad was that there was not free Wi-Fi. It was very expensive, if you were interested in it. There were gorgeous performances every night. The animation team was fantastic. There were five swimming pools, restaurants, bars, events every time each day, markets, shops, coffee shops. ...
Have cruised carnival, royal, princess and others mostly larger boats like meraviglia. Cost was higher than most but we expected a matching experience. We booked this boat specifically because of the ports of call in the Baltic (vs typical Caribbean destinations we have done 7 times).
Bad service from the beginning. Employees look and act mostly clueless. You have to get irate to get a ...
We did a Baltic Capitals Cruise on the MSC Meraviglia with our 24 months old. The experience was amazing for the three of us.
The ship is decorated with taste - in fact it was the most beautiful ship we’ve been on. The buffet food is amazing: lots of tasty options all day long and the best pizza at sea!
The evening seated dinner is also great - although there is a limited option to choose ...
We've cruised some over the years: river, small ship, big ship. It's a great way to travel. Queen Victoria is the most gorgeous ship I've ever seen. I was so immediately "at home", all the positive reviews of her are true. I am grateful to Cruise Critic reviewers for all their information, it really made a difference. Actually, we found our cruise to be better than the reviews. While there ...
