Small Cabin, Very Poor Service Generally, Especially When Sun Bathing on Decks and they Certainly want to Pack you in.!!
High Pressure Selling their Full Drinks package, which is okay but due to this take up, or maybe it's a standard thing on MSC cruises but when Sun bathing on deck every other cruises we been on there was constant flow of waiters coming around asking if you'd like a drink from ...
Extremely friendly service staff brilliant and in the dining room at night they were so friendly, and could not gave done enough for us there was particular lady in the dining room who met us and showed us to our ta le I nicknamed her smiler as she was always happy and smiling, the food was excellent, the ship very clean and staff lovely. We have booked to go with friends in 2021 on magnifica to ...
Pros: Greek itinerary, whole experience of leaving out of Venice was a dream, rock climbing staff, cruise director staff and shore excursion service were excellent, good port excursions, quality food, smooth sailing ship
Cons: Entertainment was horrible (people actively leaving shows bad) - Newly wed game was the highlight if that tells you anything, First cruise ever where restaurant service ...
We had a balcony cabin on deck 8 and joined the Costa Victoria in Dubai. Overall we were very happy with the ship, the food and the customer service. The ship went into lockdown after a passenger was diagnosed with CoV19. Costa looked after passengers and crew very well in unprecdented circumstances for this century. The ship is appropriate for the fare charged. It is not the latest, biggest, most ...
It's a lovely ship and service, cleanliness and food are just alright. You shouldn't complain.
You may not like the food, but it is well cooked and in copious quantities.
Unfortunately, we were hit several times by toxic paint fumes in our cabin, which were so powerful that we couldn't be there.
Our steward Adi was just quite real and service minded. Our butler could learn a lot from ...
As expected the service from Viking was excellent except for one major problem. The Viking representatives at the hotel in Venice had NO CLUE what was going on. When asked about transportation around Venice they only suggested water taxi and looked down their noses when I inquired about public transportation (vaporetto). They told us we could buy tickets at the front desk of the hotel where we ...
We chose this cruise because it went to lots of places we wanted to visit.
As soon as we landed at Venice airport the Viking staff were there straight away to collect our suitcases, give us water and guide us to the coach to take us to the ship. Everything ran so smoothly and the staff made you feel welcome before you had even embarked on the ship.
The cabin was everything we could have ...
The food, staff, ship, and itinerary couldn’t have been better!
We enjoyed every minute. So much so we are sailing again in May.
I believe this is the best value you will find when you consider all that is included vs others that charge for every eminently and even soft drinks.
I have sailed on other cruise lines so I speak from experience.
The smaller size of the ships is a real ...
We had sailed with Viking previously and based on that experience we chose them again as the Ports were of interest to us.
We have never been disappointed in any of the Viking amenities - from our flight departures to return we never experienced any issues with any facet of our cruise. Everything was smooth and on time with no issues.
The land tours were great. Great use of time. Guides ...
This was my third cruise on Viking and my sisters first. As always we were pampered every step of the way. It was a beautiful and relaxing way to get a taste of all the cultures and old world charm around the Mediterranean. Getting advance knowledge of the next day’s venue with the lectures was very helpful in planning the days activities. Still, plenty of time to just relax and watch a movie ...
