I would like to give ZERO star, but I can't. MSC is a low, low, low quality cruise. If you like good food, avoid it. The meals offered are POOR and quality not so good. The ship is very poor and needs a full refit. Lots of toilets out of order, hazard tape on floor, viruses on board. Main dining room up selling of food now if you want quality. check in was easy and took about 30 minutes to get on the ship. We self disembarked which was also quite quick . No wow factor on boarding the ship. There are 3 sets of 8 lifts and you wait ages for a lift and it is often full . Maximum 8 people in each lift less if there is a mobility scooter or wheelchair and there are over 5000 guests .
