2nd time around

Review for a Caribbean - All Cruise on Scarlet Lady

This is the 2nd time we sailed on this ship because the 1st one just blew our mind! So we thought, let's do it again! The main reason is the food, next reason is Bimini Beach resort. The food is still exquisite, the atmosphere, not so much. The seating is so close together that you might as well be sharing the table with other people. Any chance of intimate conversation is squashed. We go on a ...

Not the Same Celebrity

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Equinox

We are not large ship cruisers and chose Equinox for a family vacation as the idea of the RCCL or NCL big ships was cringe-worthy and we wanted a more upscale experience. We needed a kids club but were not interested in a kid centric cruise line. Ship's public spaces are well done and have an upscale feel. It was very clean. We booked all of the family in Aqua Class and that was truly the ...

MSC Seaside July 2 – 6, 2023 Stateroom Fantastica Experience Level MSC Voyager Diamond I will preface this review by providing factual details about our pre-MSC cruising experience. We have sailed on the three largest cruise lines in the United States. Over our ten prior cruises, Carnival has been our most sailed line to date. My Spouse and I are very detail-oriented and critical about ...

We are fresh off of the 7/2 sailing of the Wonder of the Seas and I wanted to share my experience with anyone who is interested. Just as the title states, this is our second RCL cruise. Our first was last summer on Symphony. See that review below. I'll try to keep this one as brief and to the point as possible. Hopefully I can answer any questions someone may have. Embarkation - We took an ...

Very archaic cruise experience

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

Had some friends going on this cruise and they convinced us to join. We have always sailed RC and NCL. Read some mixed reviews but booked regardless since we were craving a trip with some very close friends Checkin process. Totally archaic. We had a 1030 checkin time…got there at the recommended time and sat on a security line for over an hour before we even got to check in. The Brooklyn cruise ...

Fun but needs improvement

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Carnival Celebration

First I’d like to start off with the good Dewa our steward was amazing , friendly and never forgot our names. He would check in to see if I needed any extra pillows. Sherwin John who was our server in Carnival dinning room was also great at remembering our names and what allergies I had. Let’s not forget he is also an amazing dancer. The rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable and the view ...

Fun Rum Sun Pigs

Review for a Bahamas Cruise on Margaritaville at Sea Paradise

This cruise was perfect for a short getaway over a weekend. The port was close to home, the price was great, the itinerary packed with awesome entertainment, and the choice of excursions was plentiful. I chose Swimming with Pigs, which was so unique and got to buy a bottle of Floating Pig Spiced Rum while there. There was plenty of food and drinks onboard. The crew was exceptional in ensuring ...

NCL really has lost its way

NCL platinum customer who used to love this cruise line. When I first cruised back last year, my experience was extremely poor, and I chalked it up to Covid. I understand there’s a lot to do to get back to business but some thing about this cruise line is wrong now. The ships are too understaffed to give you a good experience. Nothing but lines, cold food and lack of service. Can’t even ...

First time cruiser. Really enjoyed this ship.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Celebrity Equinox

Before I even start, it bugs me so much seeing people complain about the smallest things. You get what you make out of your trip. These cruise ships try to cater to the bigger audience, not just YOU specifically. Complaining about things just because you've been on 100 cruises and this one didn't live up to your favorite trip. The cruise as a whole was good. We stayed in an ocean view ...

Won’t cruise on this ship again.

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on MSC Seascape

Overall, the ship is very nice and new. Unfortunately, there were several things that we found frustrating about this family vacation first, I said our room consistently had a smell of sewage. I’m not sure why this was, but we are in the very back of the boat . And it hit you every time you walked in the room the room itself is very nice and spacious compared to a lot of other cruise lines. ...
