We have cruised many times before but never on Viking. It was an unbelievable experience. Every need was met, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room steward was so great. Anything we needed was taken care of very quickly. It was not crowded and we never waited in line for anything. The excursions were top notch, so well run and efficient. Boarding was good we were able to have lunch and drinks in the lounge while waiting for rooms to be ready. Recommendation. Could use more good evening entertainment. Piano but no piano man.
