While most of the staff were very friendly and go out of their way to help you, guest services left must to be desired. Unless you purchase upgrades and shore excursions, don't expect must. Preferential service is give to passengers who pay the extra money, the rest of the passengers' needs are only seen if the staff has time. This includes disembarkation times at ports. Food was excellent (nice choice and variety). Service has excellent (stateroom stewards were amazing!). Thoroughly enjoyed how close the ship got to Hubbard Glacier.
