The ship was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only detractors were the distances from port to excursion destinations for a few places. 2-3 hour journey times were often the case. We didn’t go to Bangkok or Ho Chi Minh because of this. Just returned from Far East cruise on Solstice. I have sailed with Celbrity a couple of times before and was happy with those cruises, so content to use them again. We especially chose this cruise ship because of its large cabin and bathroom and the "best cruise for cuisine". We have been on a lot of Azamara and Regent cruises and thought we should try this new experience. It started badly as we were sent to the wrong terminal in Bangkok. The ship is excellent, well designed and thought out. Hardly anything was missing. Good coffee/tea station, no kettles in room, without fi generally works OK on the Mekong. This was our 14 th cruise with various lines but our first with celebrity. We did 3 nights in Singapore at the beginning of our cruise and added 3nights in Hongkong after the cruise.
