This was our first cruise so expectations were high. First and foremost all crew members were welcoming, kind, professional and very helpful. We have been very pleased with our suite. We were upgraded to a queens grill penthouse. ALTHOUGH WE PROBABLY HAD OVERPAID INITIALLY BECAUSE WE BOOKED WELL IN advance and prices were later reduced!
