The SS Antoinette was a beautiful ship and the personal service was so impressive. My "bucket list" contained Tulips, and I satisfied it with this cruise! Keukenhof Gardens was simply an amazing place. Even in inclement weather the tulips just "sparkle". This was our second Uniworld river cruise. The Joie de Vivre is as beautiful as the pictures! Of interest to many are the beautiful fabrics used throughout the boat. Normandy has been on list for quite some time and we decided to take advantage of a Uniworld offer on their newest ship and visited Normandy in mid April. We began our trip in Lyon and then spent a few nights in Paris before taking a taxi to the ship from our hotel in the 9th.
