The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

A COMPLETE RIP OFF, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CRUISE LINE

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been on several cruises, but this was by far the worst. The food for was terrible- all 3 meals times, nothing but dried up pizza after 10 PM. They took gratuities right on the bat without any decision of the guest, including when you ordered a drink @ 18 percent. We pay 43 dollars per person x 8 people for 3 days for house keeping ...

Loved our time with Royal Carribean and actually felt like “royalty” We felt like family and the experience will not be forgotten. We traveled to the Bahamas and had an amazing time. Atlantis was so beautiful and the beach was breathtakingly. We rode jetskis in Coco Cay and had some wonderful BBQ. The music at the theater was top notch and very well prepared with outfits for each song. Our ...

I just wanted to share how horrendous my past experience was with your cruise line. If I wanted to book a “tacky” Carnival Cruise, I would have. I chose Royal Caribbean because my past experiences (gold member) have assured me that you have the highest quality standards in every detail from ship to service. This was not the case in my past experience with the Enchantment of the Seas. This was ...

The program they sent around each day was incorrect plus there was miscommunication with the staff and Miss misinformation. I didn't feel there was enough in entertainment or the type of entertainment I was used to on cruise ships I didn't see anything on shows that I liked there are music tributes but that's not what I go on a cruise for the movies that was shown on the big screen over the pool ...

Outdated ship, horrible service

I chose this cruise because of dates and destination met my needs. I was extremely disappointed with staff service. The boat is visibly out dated. The rust and broken parts of the banister were an eye sore and concern for sturdiness. The bathroom towels were ripped and thin. The bathroom had a horrible smell the entire trip. The main dining room staff were the worst on our last night. The steaks ...

We chose this cruise as our Honeymoon and we both worked OT and saved for it. Now looking back we were told the wrong thing form the start. We were expecting a beautiful cabin with wine strawberry's etc, because that is what we had been told as we communicated with RCI over the last few months, what we got was a dirty, weathered room full that was on poor with a low level motel. (see Pictures) ...

Toilet overflowed before it was even used first day and flooded bathroom, took two hours for someone to show up. They brought towels when they showed up when we needed a plumber. We called 4 different numbers for hours. I was up until 3am using every towel in my room to make sure it didn't flood on to the carpet. Safe broke because battery was too low, again called twice to address and it ...

We chose this cruise line because of short 3 night trip. We are very disappointed int the RC Suite cruise experience. We are 1st class travelers who expect the best, as we were promised, but was not delivered on this cruise line. Poor and very slow room service. Food was sub-standard from room service. Ship was not well maintained. Appearance was warn, lots of rust and wear an tear. While sun ...

Our first night, my teenage son got stomach pain. It progressed to severe pain. We went to the ship Dr and they told us that it was most likely his appendix. They sent us back to our room and told us to be ready to get off the ship when it came into port in the morning. Upon arriving in Nassau Bahamas, there was an ambulance there waiting. He was taken to Doctor's Hospital. After an outpatient ...

We set sail on the 19th and purchased a Jr. Suite (room 8130). We paid a higher price point because we wanted not only comfort but also a relaxing few days away and the state of the room was the least of our problems. First off the room itself is just plain out old and could use a gutting and a rebuild. The bathroom smelled of urine/sewage every single day. No matter what was tried it was a ...
