We wanted a short cruise for my mom and brother. They were first time cruisers. They loved it and the staff was excellent. The dining room experience was very good and all the food was well prepared. We left out of Miami and parking there at the port was $22 per day but we were inside a secured parking deck. The shows on the cruise were great. The performers were talented. We got off the ship in ...

The overall experience was great. The cake I ordered in advance for the bithday of my friend was a disaster. Restaurant manager (madam which I dont remember her name) suddenly came with the cake already singing "happy birthday" to ANTHONI!!!! I specifically said in the request the cake was to guest FRANCISCO. Cruise had his details and his bith date. Really disapointed with the ...

family reunion- great for family gathering I would like to have special activity for senior citizens, providing the fact that they do not get to move around as quickly as others. Adult children with senior parents should be given priority boarding the ship and they should have some kind of assistance by staff to make certain that their love ones get to see as much as possible. The ship ...

Our family decided to return to cruising after a 9 year break. This was our sons first cruise and we was doing on the same ship we spent our honeymoon on 15 years earlier. We were excited to see the changes that had been made especially how the ship had been “stretched”. The ship looked great overall but was definitely showing signs of age. We enjoyed the ship but did not notice the constant ...

We chose this cruise based on the fact we had time on land as my oldest daughter gets motion sickness often and this was my families first cruise. (I cruised on this ship in 2015.) It turned out to be an amazing cruise and lots of fun for everyone. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and so did going through customs in Key West. Going through customs in Key west was simply done on ...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been on several cruises, but this was by far the worst. The food for was terrible- all 3 meals times, nothing but dried up pizza after 10 PM. They took gratuities right on the bat without any decision of the guest, including when you ordered a drink @ 18 percent. We pay 43 dollars per person x 8 people for 3 days for house keeping ...

Enchantment of the Seas, for 5 days cruise, was pleasant and dynamic, friendly and well educated crew, always courteous and pleasant. Cleanliness throught out the ship and it amazed me most was the Cruise Director, he was a great entertainer with his unique personality and events/shows were awesome. If I can rate Bobby the Ship Director, i would give him a 10. I could say that I have cruise ...

We choose this cruise, because of the affordable price, the various ports and the overall convenience. The dining options were very diverse, even for two of the pickiest eaters I know. The ship runs like a well oiled machine, from the time you get on, until the moment you disembark...Enchantment of the Seas is non-stop action. My kids loved the night club, the 70's show and the line dancing. My ...

The food was absolutely amazing. The service of the staff was far beyond our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and willing to assist in every way. Kudos to Kumar and Kenroy for their service at dinner. They were so patient and treated us like kings and queens!! This was our first cruise and is was great. We loved getting to know the staff and their family stories. We definitely ...
