A very enjoyable cruise
"), good variety Posibility for a small forfait to be able to drink freely, recommendable Nice cabin Interior a bit over the top but that is what a cruise ship is about Entertainment for everyone, even opera The excursions were expensive but mostly worth it except the one to Stockholm, not worth the money due to a guide who could not stop blablabla in musea and so we only saw about 1 little square for 5 minutes of Stockholm, not pleased about that I did report this to MSC but have had no feedback on it We had a very good time and plan todo another MSC cruiseVery good service Everything very well organised When you arrive, when you leave , good system with the luggage Leaving the boat for an excursion and coming back was elaborate due to safety measurements Good food in the buffets and restaurants (Tomi!!..."Read More

How is this cruise line still in business?!

Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

My husband and I embarked on this cruise, despite a radically changed itinerary, because MSC refused our request for a refund. However, our experience was so awful that we disembarked on day 20 of 85 in Walvis Bay, Namibia, and flew home from there. Better to forfeit the unused cruise fare than to continue to subject ourselves to the cruise line’s utter disdain for passengers and 65 more days of ...

If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. The baby pool on the cruise was under maintenance ...

WORSE WORLD CRUISE EVER- MSC IS THE WORST CRUISE COMPANY

Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

We are currently on this terrible cruise Over 500 people on board have signed a petition protesting the way MSC are treating us. 1. So many sea days Change of itinerary increasing itinerary to an extra 20 sea days, less port times, and no compensation for these changes or refunds of tax and port fees. As compared to other cruise companies such as Cunard, princess, costa etc who have ...

We chose this world cruise excited to visit some of our bucket list destinations. While visiting Egypt became impossible due to conflict in the region we were still thrilled we would be going to Rhodes. But not to be. More than half the cruise has been made up of sea days with substandard destinations. Food has bern appalling with regular absence of fresh fruit, salad and now no coffee available ...

Would you like to feel like a hostage for 116 days? A modified itinerary without any compensation (The pyramids of Egypt replaced by Alicante in Spain) and this disdain reiterated with stopovers shortened or even eliminated! An anecdote: you should know that the tides change for the arrival of an MSC ship... even the moon still hasn't understood! another joke? Would you like to organize a private ...

MSC Can't Compare to Other Cruise Lines

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on MSC Poesia

The 2024 World Cruise was supposed to be the crowning jewel of my travel career (so far!)! This cruise has been a disaster. This World Cruise has many itinerary changes due to the events surrounding the Red Sea that affected so many other voyages. But, where others succeeded in passenger care, MSC failed miserably. They refused to give any refund due to the itinerary change. They instead ...

Currently on MSC Poesia world cruise. MSC Customer service has been appalling…. No response to written correspondence sent to UK MD prior to embarkation (due to multiple itinerary route changes - some of which were due to the Red Sea conflict, others due to yellow fever, others due to, well who knows!!) as final itinerary changes were made just 48hrs before embarkation and no option to cancel. ...

Worst Cruise Ever

I have cruised on various cruise lines so far including NCL, Celebrity, Carnival etc. This has been the worst from all aspects, except the staff. The food had literally no Vegetarian options. The shows were substandard. No coffee creamer’s. The quality of soap below par. Not even warm milk for coffee the first 2 days. I would not recommend this cruise line by any means. Please save your money and ...

The Potential to Be Better is There but MSC Must Not care???

Review for a Baltic Sea Cruise on MSC Poesia

We sailed on MSC Seaside in Feb of 2020 and it was a great experience so we were looking forward to our Cruise booked on Poesia. We chose this one as it had a very nice itinerary. The ship was beautiful and well taken care of. The potential is really there but it seems as if MSC does not care. I am sure I am not the first person to list the shortcomings on their survey as they were apparent ...

This was our first time on MSC cruise we were very disappointed. Route was excellent but, customer service & room location was absolutely awful! 1.Beware to ship does not provide facial tissues in the room & no bath robe!! When we stopped by customer reception desk asked about no facial tissue in the room they looked at me like what are you asking…. After explaining when I needed they ...
