Cruised on Carnival Horizon Sep 2018. The elevators were 'state of the art' which means confusing. you go to a kiosk, choose your floor and the screen tells you which elevator to go to. Then you wait and wait. There is no indication on where your elevator is or when it will arrive. Once inside, you are stuck.
