(3:19 p.m. EDT) -- Luxury cruise line Seabourn will have eight dining options on its two new expedition ships, set to launch in 2021 and 2022.

Cruisers familiar with the line will recognize The Restaurant. Every ship in the Seabourn fleet has this main dining room, which offers fine dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an open-seating setting. Design elements vary by ship, though. The expedition ships' interior design for The Restaurant will include natural, abstract, geometric patterns designed to look like snowflakes; leather wall paneling; blue and green carpeting with a central porcelain floor; and glass, metal and bronze details.

For something more casual, The Colonnade -- another Seabourn staple -- will offer buffet or table service for breakfast and lunch, as well as themed dinners served tableside, featuring menus by Michelin-Starred chef Thomas Keller. More casual still, The Patio is open for lunch; this option, as on other ships, is dependent on the weather since it's entirely alfresco.

For cruisers craving specialty options, Sushi in The Club offers made-to-order sushi every evening, Seabourn Square has coffee, pastries, sandwiches and gelati available all day and into the evening, Pantry in the Bow Lounge lets passengers partake in light fare and refreshments, and Constellation Lounge hosts afternoon tea and cocktail hour tapas, as well as pastries and beverages in the early morning.

And, as always, 24-hour room service is available, consisting of course-by-course service, either in-cabin or on the balcony, with food from The Restaurant's menu. (Each ship will have 132 ocean-front veranda suites with sufficient dining space.)

In line with Seabourn's other vessels, all dining option are open seating with no specific dining times, and prices for all food and nearly all beverages are included in the cruise fares.

Seabourn Venture, the first expedition ship (scheduled to launch in June 2021), is open for bookings for its inaugural season. Its sister ship, set to launch a year later, is still unnamed.
