This cruise was miserable, disappointing, stressful & filled with frustrations.

1) Design flaws of the ship caused chaos due to overcrowding at Surfside Cafe and pubic areas. We booked a Suite SJ Category with a upgraded package for Drinks, Wifi, etc. From Day 1 there was a constant noise in the cabin and NCL refused to do anything. After repeated complaints they gave us a voucher for future travel which doesn't mean anything.
The Wifi was of poor quality.
