"He actually showed customer service the $100 credit because he got a family suite and they simply refused to give him the credit. We are staying in the Haven on the Epic next month (too late to cancel or I lose 100% of my money) so praying we have a much better experience...."Read More

1-10 of 43 Bahamas Norwegian Jade Bahamas Cruise Reviews
A mediocre cruise experience overall.
Pros: Cabin steward did a good job. Nice whiskey selection. Gym is nice (especially the steam sauna in the locker room). Cigar room is great. Sushi restaurant was pretty good.
Cons: Food was just ok overall (even in specialty restaurants). Shows in main theater were "meh." The biggest problem was the service in bars and restaurants: inexplicably, ...
This was my first cruise ever. We had a girls trip with 13 ladies. I was not part of the reservation process so I can't comment on that. My impression of the ship overall is tired. They say it's been "refurbished" but that's not true. We had a balcony cabin on level 11. The bathrooms have wood panel walls, wall mounted ashtrays in the toilet room and only 1 electrical outlet with 2 plugs for ...
Recently went on a cruise on the Norwegian Jade recommended by friends.
Over all the experience was good except for my stateroom (obstructed view).
I have over 30 years of cruising experience with other cruise lines. And have obstructed view cabins in the past. I was not prepared for the cabin assigned to me. Stateroom had 2 small windows, view being blocked by a lifeboat. I could not see ...
Friends of mine booked this cruise and asked us to join them. I have heard such good things about cruises but this was not my experience. The ship was clean but is very small.
Boarding unorganized
Paid for priority access but that was of little benefit.
Seafood canapes delivered to cabin on day we were in port and off the ship. No clue how long they were sitting non-refrigerated. Threw ...
We had a great experience a few years ago on the Breakaway so we just assumed it would follow into this cruise. Not the case......... We had 10 of us on this cruise ship and all feel the same.
The Jade has nothing to do for the kids (we had our 2 grandchildren ages 4 and 6). The activities are blah. Bingo and deal or no deal which cost around $50 a person to play. The evening shows are ...
My husband and I have cruised twice before with NCL, first time 10 years ago and 2nd time was 5 years ago. This trip was planned as a 40th wedding anniversary celebration and it met or exceeded all my expectations. We wanted a 14 day or more cruise, off-season works great for us and the pricing was very attractive. We initially booked a 2-bedroom (non-Haven) almost a year in advance but prior to ...
My wife became ill on the cruise and had to see the medical facility. She was diagnosed with COVID and a bacterial infection. The medical staff were incredible. Guest services, medical, housekeeping, concierge and butler were all incredible attentive afterwards and appeared to be genuinely concerned about her wellbeing. In general, all staff were professional, hardworking, and provided some ...
We have cruised loyally with NCL for 13yrs; over 78 nights on cruises; 7 different cruises. Each year, the guest experience has been slashed while the price has gone up. Yet, we still think the next cruise will be better. But I think we are done with NCL.
Our recent sailing on the Jade was just a blatant lack of concern about the guest experience.
EACH INDIVIDUAL staff member was incredible ...
We booked an AFT Port side suite and enjoyed all the amenities that came with it. I love not fighting any crowds at breakfast or lunch. Everyone was very attentive and nice. I love the Expresso machine in our suite and my husband loved the larger TV. We didn't really use the concierge or Buttler except for their normal duties. We were in bad weather on sea days which made everyone sick except ...
Cruise left out of Brooklyn, NY to Fla, Bahamas, and Bermuda. Port of departure appealing as was the itinerary with 2 days in Bermuda. Since the ship arrived to NY around noon with no passengers and was not scheduled to depart till 10:30pm, this allowed for a nice stretched out embarkation process. The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal was fantastic, the employees seemed happy to see us and assist us, we ...
