This was our first cruise! We were celebrating my husband's 60th birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary on August 1, 2017. We chose Oceania Regatta for it's size (684 passengers) and the itinerary. We did not want to cruise on a mega ship, it had six ports of call including Victoria, BC and we cruised Hubbard Glacier on our anniversary!

I have been on six Oceania cruises. The first was June 2009 Rome to Istanbul.We ate in the Grand Dining Room. It was beautiful. The service was great and the food amazing. Before I begin, let me say that I had a fabulous trip a few years ago on Oceania's Riviera in the Mediterranean. It was superb in every way possible, so my view of the Regatta suffered in comparison. The service was great. Food was wonderful. Stateroom was spacious and the butler was always waiting on us. The ship was amazingly clean and well maintained. Mirshra, our butler, was amazing.
We were in an Owners Suite. Whenever we left the room the maid promptly came in and made sure the room was clean and toiletries were stocked.

Overall, a very good cruise on Oceania Regatta. We had a penthouse suite whitch was considerabley more comfortable than the concierage suite that we normally take. The entire staff was wonderful.
