Cruise ok, Pre-trip Information was BAD

The cruise was supposed to go through Hell's Canyon on the Snake River, then National Geographic just left that part of the voyage out, and instead took travelers to a farm market! Wow, big deal, and a big disappointment. Of course there was no refund for the missing part of the voyage. Seeing Hell's Canyon was why we booked the trip in the first place. We spent much more money and had much less value than we have on other cruises. The food was mediocre at best. They charge for WIFI and do not include even house wine during cocktail hour/briefings. This was a cruise of the Columbia and Snake Rivers, following in the footsteps of Lewis and Clark. It was interesting on paper, in actuality, if you like riding on buses (I'm pretty sure Lewis & Clark didn't!) then this trip is for you.
