Undercooked meatballs from the Lido. This is unsafe, and the senior staff didn't bother to remove the tray from the buffet.

Not Like My First Princess Cruise

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Regal Princess

I wanted to visit the British Isles and after an exceptional cruies to Alaska, was ready to experience the same here. Unfortunately that was not the case. I was totally disappointed. The ship was in dire need of renovations, my cabin has shredded carpet, poor plumbing, ( bathroom flooded, toilet clogged). I understand maintenance issues happen, but when I have to wait in excess of 2 hours to get ...

Canada and Caribbean in 15 days

We chose this particular cruise because of free gratuities, new ship (to us), new ports (4), and considerable cabin credit we received. This was a "back-to-back" cruise that first transited north to Canadian ports and then southbound to several southern Caribbean ports for a total of 15 nights aboard. Ship was repositioning for the winter from NYC to Fort Lauderdale. We flew into New York the ...

Download and complete the Ocean Medallion ahead of time makes embarkation and disembarkation at all ports a breeze. The Regal Princess is beautiful and well maintained. Crew and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Salute to Caption Tim for a relatively smooth ride during a major storm that kept us from docking at St John !!! Regal Rock Orchestra was amazing ! Tours were well organized and ...

Wanted to try out Princess Cruise. Sailed for the first 1/3 of this 15 Night Caribbean Cruise (i.e. the Canadian Atlantic Provinces Getaway). Expectations fully met and exceeded. Excellent service, everything very clean, and the food was outstanding. Horizon Court buffet was great, the evening dinners were as good as any top restaurant I visited in my many "pre-retirement" days of business travel. ...

Third year in a row we've been trying to take this cruise, but couldn't due to scheduling conflicts. Absolutely great cruise. The Regal Princess is still in great shape, and looked it. Constant upkeep throughout the whole cruise. Crews were doing exterior hull painting before we even disembarked in Halifax. Halifax: Easy disembarkation. In port with the Caribbean Princess. Easy access to our ...

We chose this cruise because it offered opportunities to visit California and enjoy a cruise. However, many seniors and handicapped people were on this cruise. I felt they were not as accommodating for them. The elevators could not accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, scooters and able-bodied cruisers. They were so small that they could hardly accommodate 12-13 people when the capacity was 18. ...

I went on this cruise with Mom and Sister (girls only). We had been a trip together in a long time. We had a great time. The pullout sofa bed was the most comfortable pullout I have ever slept on. Our waiters, Guisepee and David, were great. They were very attentive and anticipated our every need. We got to sit in the Club dinning area and were able to dine at anytime during the hours they ...

We had a great time on our New England/Canada cruise on Regal Princess. Embarkation was an absolute breeze. It pays to download the Ocean Medallion app and complete the process on there. Embarkation was less than 10 minutes from curb to ship, while others were taking much longer because they weren't "Ocean Ready". We used Lyft to travel from our hotel near Wall Street and that was a very easy ...

Best cruise to date

The Princess Regal was a beautiful ship with great food, great entertainment, and decent activities. The best part of the cruise was the ship staff. Every person that we encountered was amazing. I can't say enough about our ship steward Dax, the Vines Bartenders Viktor, Sydney, Ronnell, and Gracia. New England was beautiful- New Port, Boston, and Bar Harbor didn't disappoint. Weather ...
